I feel super discouraged atm and keep googling if I could do something or find information where I simply have to accept that I won't be able to get good with it. Like he changes the number, and nothing changes. One of them doesn't even care, he hits no matter what he does. I have seen so many people change sensitivities, and it barely took them any time and they were simply back at their level. This week will be my second week, and I play for several hours each day. I'm nowhere close to the levels I am capable of doing with the original sensitivity. Like this is in no way or shape a "play 10 hours and you are back" thing. I decided to go for 800 1.3, nearly going triple the sensitivity I played and I struggle a lot with it. Which forced me to make the decision to swap to something higher. I simply get punished for enjoying a sensitivity that is hyper slow by every other game. Valorant has pop flashes for everyone, Breach flashes even go through walls and they are so crazy fast, I have no chance to turn around fast enough with 800 0.5.Apex is super fast, OW2 has a lot of mobility too. I played in several top 3 ESL rankings in CS1.6 back in the day, playing exactly that sensitivity. 800 0.5, yours is 0.6.I'm absolutely happy with it too, since CS allows that to work. Played CS all my life, even lower than you. At 800 DPI, it’s recommended to not go higher than 2.0 if you prefer a high sensitivity.Old thread, but relevant to me. Peeking off angles and turning corners can be tricky for someone playing on sensitivity under 1.5 on 800 DPI. High sens works best for entry fraggers as an entire team relies on them to clear out multiple angles quickly. So keep your number on average or low to AWP efficiently. On 800 DPI, it’s recommended to not go below 0.5 if you prefer low sensitivity. Keeping your crosshair locked on a moving target becomes a menace on high sens. Consistency and locking heads are crucial for someone who plays from long range with one-shot weapons like AWP. If you’re an AWPer for your team, you might want to practice more on low sensitivity. Whether you should have high or low sensitivity depends heavily on your team role. While the binary method would deliver the precise number, it might not suit your play style. Your sensitivity depends more on your play style. Should you have high or low sensitivity in CSGO? While this method shows accurate numbers, it might not be the best way to find your CSGO sensitivity. The one that feels most natural in-game is your perfect CSGO sensitivity.
